Dawnell is an instructor at the Calgary Real Estate Board. Her passion for the industry prompted her to want to share her knowledge, and experiences of 8 years as a Real Estate Assistant, by teaching the Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant's course.
After over 11 years, as an Associate/ REALTOR®, her extensive and diversified experience, also led her to instructing the Rural Basics and New Professionals course.
Dawnell is a member of the coveted RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Less than 22% of RE/MAX agents have achieved this award.
Dawnell grew up in a large family and has 6 sisters but no brothers.
Dawnell's family moved over 30 times. They were a Realtor's Dream! (She understands the stress of moving and works hard to alleviate it for her clients).
Dawnell's caring and earnest demeanor is very motherly. In High School her peers dubbed her "MOM" and that nick name has stuck! Dawnell is fiercely protective of her clients, and works hard to give them sound advice, even in a tough market.
Dawnell's Dad Forrie is a Country Gospel Singer and every now and then he convinces her to back him up at concerts. Her daughters are also very gifted musically and despite winning awards they will tell you they sing because they love it! "MOM" likes to sing too.
